1 day executive workshop to create your values and vision. $5,000
2 day workshop includes 1 day workshop + sets your vision into motion to create your 3 Year Picture, 1 year goals and finally your priorities for the next 90 days. $7500
Marketing Audit - an audit of your marketing materials (digital and print) and recommendations to improve. $1,000 (for up to 3 print and 2 digital assets)
People Audit - Analysis of your organization people needs (seats) and if you have the right people in the right seats and recommendations to fix $7500 (up to 9 employees)
Process Audit to determine if your processes are efficient and documented and recommendations for fix. $2500
